A bunch of brilliant ideas

Our team has an interdisciplinary focus and is made up of people with different skills and of different qualifications. Everyone works toward one goal: To make your company even more successful and to prepare it to accept the change as perfectly natural.

Currently 24 people work in our different corporate units. The breadth of their experience ranges from know-how in classical direct marketing to traditional consulting knowledge from some of the most famous corporate consultancies in the world, to business management skills and to excellent skills in the IT field.

As a rule our team structure includes a project leader, one to three consultants, a team leader at headquarters and our IT team. Not to forget our managing director Michael Schwenk who is involved in all the projects of CCM GmbH, who adds the decisive contribution and leadership, based on his long years of experience.
