Our most important office is at your companyThis is why most of our consultations take place on the customer's premises. This enables us to collect as much information as possible about the customer's company. Our offices are naturally also always open for discussions. We currently have two offices in Germany. Our corporate consultancy and our call-center lab are in Starnberg (to the south of Munich) overlooking Lake Starnberg. Up 20 people work in our business units there: • CCM Consulting (Management & Strategy Consulting) • CCM Contact Center (Call Center & Service Center) • CCM Technology (IT Consulting & Software Solutions) We work in an interdisciplinary manner within these business units to develop tailored solutions for you - your CCM Solutions! Our project teams have members from different disciplines and have integral know-how in the fields of corporate management, sales, call centers and technology. |
