As time goes by


Our company was founded in 2002 as the successor to one of the first direct marketing providers in Germany. We had worked there from 1980 to 2001 and had had opportunity to work on developing and promulgating the advantages of servicing the market as an active call center service provider with our more than 400 employees. While the pure call center service developed more and more into a de factor standard over the years, the amount of cooperative work in the sales process increasingly became the focus of our activities.

Today, we can offer you the experience from 15 years as call center provider together with more than 10 years of classical management consultancy. From the viewpoint of our customers, this mixture forms a unique synergy of theoretical knowledge on organization and methodology, on the one hand, and of hundreds of practical sales and marketing projects as well as millions of calls and mailings, on the other hand.
